Is IGT video poker available anywhere to play online?

Nope. The closest you will get in style is multihand video poker at Intercasino (Crypologic) which is pretty similar. Most casinos have lots of video poker options though but Inter's is my favourite for multihand games.

IGT also do Spin Poker and Multistrike poker neither of which are available to play online for real money, but both of which can be played for fun at videopoker.com.
They did release (thru Wagerworks) the Elvis Multistrike slot, but no sign of the video poker yet.

Talking of Spin Poker and Multistrike, Microgaming have released two new video poker variants at their casinos like 32Red that resemble the IT land-based games very closely. Actually - more than that. They copy them LOL.
Level Up Poker is effectively Multistrike Poker while Reel Play Poker is Spin Poker in a slightly modified skin. Reely (sic!) feel IGT missed the boat here tbh.
