I think in general they are, but the software itself is still, relatively speaking, new to market and there have been a few bugs. Although it seems that these have settled down.

The only worrying thing was a player who was winning on Scary Rich big time, suddenly found the slot game was no longer available! That concerned me a bit.

How a best response is calculated... A registered user who asks a question can return at any time and mark a response as the "best" response.

If a question was asked "anonymously", or in the event that a best response has not been selected by the originator, the response with the highest rating assumes that position until such a time as a response is selected.

My opinion on this question changed in 2011 when "This Is Vegas" casino refused to pay out $80k won quite legitimately by a player. They claimed the reason was he had charged back at another Rival casino! He had, but a) it was resolved amicably and b) it had nothing to do with TIV.

Rival refused to step in and take action and it was only throuh pressure from the Casinomeister forum and PAB service that anything was resolved. Poor show and as for trust? Pah! Gone.
