3. The ability to "bump" unanswered questions to the top of the pile.

5. Able to select "Best Answers" and rate any answer on any question.
NB: As a registered user, you can rate any answer to any question from any user. Your rating points are double that of an anonymous user. Any questions you answer improve your user ranking which are taken into account when inviting users to become "Expert" users (by invite only).
